Born and raised in Rwanda, Wilson Kageruka is a multi-award-winning project manager, innovation curator, and renowned events planner with a strong track record in entrepreneurship, business development, and community building across Africa. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership at the African Leadership University, with completion expected soon.

Wilson is the Founder and Executive Director of Tarama Rwanda, a pioneering creative enterprise dedicated to empowering African creatives through entrepreneurship, skills development, and community-driven opportunities. Under his leadership, Tarama Rwanda has grown into the largest creative community to emerge from Rwanda, now with members in over 67 countries across 4 continents. The platform is committed to creating jobs, unlocking talent, and driving revenue generation in Africa's creative economy.

On July 4, 2025, Wilson was appointed Country Director of the 100 Most Notable Peace Icons during the second edition of the 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership & Business Summit. In this role, he actively promotes peace and unity among African nations while advancing entrepreneurship, innovation, investment, and good governance. His work advocates for policy reforms and initiatives that foster transparency, accountability, and inclusive growth across both the public and private sectors in Africa.
